Cervical TP fractures require NSGY consult — vertebral artery injury risk. Likely will recommend CTA head/neck.
  • 7am–5pm: page NSGY Consult Pager
  • Overnight: contact on-call NSGY attending directly
✅Thoracic & Lumbar TP Fractures

ℹ️
Non-operative, stable. No bracing, surgery, or intervention regardless of number or location.
  • Pain control by primary team
  • No NSGY unless other fractures warrant or unexplained neuro deficit
  • Neuro deficit → page NSGY 7am–5pm or on-call overnight
